This high-energy and challenging process is about getting to grips with the details that matter in the business. It involves observing, avid listening, thinking & checking. It builds towards a presentation and review to give a shared understanding of the current and future position; the financial and non-financial impact; and what is, or is not allowed to change.

The process delivers clear sponsorship and removes ambiguity in the scope – dealing with two of the major factors in successful Consultant-Client collaboration.
