SPECIFIC to every business, we CREATE and EMBED a new direction and level of performance.

For this we use our own structured process inspired by Root-Cause Problem Solving Methodologies that seek to prevent jumping to comfortable answers before the facts are known.

SPECIFIC draws out the facts – no matter how uncomfortable this may become. Once the facts are known, CREATE identifies the preferred appropriate direction in consultation with the Client. EMBED then ensures preparation and review is undertaken to maximise returns to the business.

Each phase is a partnership between the Client and Applied Angle. This means uncomfortable or “brave” conversations, honesty and straight-talking, and investigating first-hand. This also means a partnership combining appropriate technical and human aspects to support each other. It results in transfer of skills and knowledge into the Client, and preventing dependence on an outside party – though we are not usually referred to as such.

The different phases help Applied Angle to bring appropriately experienced people in as needed. It provides collaboration within Applied Angle that helps each practitioner to deliver more for each Client, and learn more on the way. This way we increase the learning curve and get better results, faster.

Although shown as a serial process, each stage normally involves iterative working.
